　　为HBO获奖无数的喜剧《副总统》第六季确定在美国时间4月16日首播。该剧第六季最值得期待的就是，继上一季季终集，我们的“副总统”赛琳娜在经历了重大的身份转变后，第六季将第一次成为无关“总统”无关政治的一季。而整个剧情也会朝着新的方向发展，而不再局限于白宫和华盛顿。

　　BBC与Paramount+合作的这部六集剧集取材于有着“世纪之罪”之称的Brink’s-Mat抢劫案。1983年11月26日，六名带有武器的劫匪在希思罗机场附近的Brink’s-Mat仓库，原本策划实施现金抢劫的他们，却阴差阳错发现了由庄信万丰公司持有、多达3000公斤的金条；最后，他们掠夺了价值2600万英镑的黄金、钻石和现金，并成功逃脱。
　　抢劫之后的大部分黄金都没有被追回，也仅有其中两名参与者被定罪。但这次重大的事件却造成了各种余波：曾经的庄信万丰银行陷入危机最后倒闭，伦敦码头区房地产涌入了脏钱，也流进各种国际范围的犯罪活动；至于“Brink-Mat的诅咒”也悄然而起，因为当初参与的人在后续的几十年前都最终死于枪杀。

故事发生在一间位于多伦多市中心的便利店内，经营店铺的是金氏夫妇，他们在80年代移民来到了多伦多，依靠着不懈的努力在这里站稳了脚跟，生儿育女传宗接代。金家的儿子脾气非常火爆，在16岁那一年，儿子阿君和父亲之间爆发了一场剧烈的争吵，最终两人谈崩了，儿子选择了离家出走，再也不和父亲有任何的交际，但是他和母亲以及妹妹之间的关系却还算良好。妹妹珍妮特目前是一名大学生，正在一家艺术大学里学习摄影课程，希望以后能够成为一名摄影师。妈妈和妹妹都希望阿君和父亲能够重修旧好，但这显然是一条充满了荆棘的漫长道路。

Depending on his whims, his mood or his need to protect his position at all costs, he is capable of causing wide ranging damage. He also dispenses justice and protects those he sees as weak. He is a God on his own turf.

 A few months have passed since the last game. Adriana left Oscar and now he lives with Gaby...and Mica. Valentin came out of the closet and is trying to be happy in this new stage of his life. Barbara and Leo were stripped of their belongings by Aurelia's lawsuit but they adopted Carmen and now have a "throuple."
